Facilitated Meetings at BANFF 2003 create
opportunities for Canadian producers to meet one-on-one with
UK, Irish, or USA Commissioning Editors and Independent Producers
with proven co-producing track-records. The Commissioning
Editors will kick off the session, briefly presenting an overview
of what they are looking for, their budgets and potential
for more co-productions. Following this, confirmed private
meetings will take place at 15-minutes intervals with the
participating decision makers. Both sessions will be facilitated
by established television executives with a comprehensive
knowledge of who is who in the co-production world.
Tribute to US Television - BANFF 2003
Celebrates the Stars & Stripes
In
celebration of the outstanding contribution to world television
by US program-makers and broadcasters, the 24th international
Banff Television Festival will present a special Tribute to
US Television as part of its week-long festivities, June 8 to
13, 2003. The focus of the tribute will be at a special evening
celebration on Tuesday, June 10.

presentation of Lifetime Achievement Awards to:
